Simply register and post your construction vacancy as you require Workers. You will receive full details of available Workers in real-time within a 25 mile radius of your construction site postcode. The tradespeople you require will be notified instantly via app or email. Your first posting will show a brief breakdown of your vacancy details. If a Worker is available for your project their profile will be instantly made available to you. Once you have received a list of available Workers, you are free to view their full profiles which will include full work history, relevant safety tickets held, as well as their Worker Reliability Scores which have been given by previous Contractors. Once you have decided which Worker you wish to hire, you are free to send them an offer of work.
